As MET Group believes that knowledge and innovation created by talented employees are the greatest business asset, the company’s CSR strategy is also focused on talent management. MET has supported the scholarship program of the Franciscan Order in Hungary for several years, assisting students with outstanding results, as well as teachers involved in helping talented pupils.
This year, MET has signed a new long-term contract with the Franciscan Order. Group CEO Benjamin Lakatos – a former student of the Franciscan Secondary School – recently participated at the so-called Project Day of the scholarship program. Pupils gave short presentations about the projects they had realized during the scholarship. Due to the Covid situation, the event was exceptionally organized online with students presenting their work through cameras.
